- All payments are made in one installment 💳 within the first day of each month 🗓️, before your class. Your monthly total depends on how many lessons you book per week — and the more you learn, the less you pay per class 💡.

BE More, Pay Less 🤑
All payments are made in one installment 💳 within the first day of each month 🗓️, before your class. Your monthly total depends on how big your group is and how many classes you take (e.g., in a group of four with two weekly sessions the monthly price per student is 8€ x 8 sessions = 64€/month.

POLICIES 📝
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness for all of my students and to manage my schedule effectively, I have the following policy:
PRIVATE CLASSES 👤
Rescheduling 🔄
You can reschedule a private lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge through private messaging.
Cancellation ❌
If you need to cancel a private lesson, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour’s notice will be charged the full price.
What if I am late? ⏰
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a lesson, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged for the full lesson. The lesson will not be extended past its scheduled end time.
GROUP CLASSES 👤
Cancellation & Rescheduling ❌ 🔄
Due to the collaborative nature of group lessons, payments for them are non-refundable and they cannot be rescheduled. If you miss a class, you will not be refunded or credited for that session.
Class Content ✉️
To ensure you do not fall behind when you miss a class, you will receive an email with the full contents of the class and any assigned homework shortly after the session concludes.
What if I am late? ⏰
Group lessons begin promptly and will not be extended for late arrivals. You can join the class already in progress, but no credit will be given for the missed time.

How do I know what my English level is? 🗺️
You don’t need to know your exact level. During our free 30-minute consultation, we will have a casual chat to discuss your goals and assess your current skills. This helps me create the perfect personalized path to achieve your goals.
What is the difference between private and group lessons? 🧑🤝🧑
Private lessons are 100% focused on your specific needs and goals. We can move at your pace, and the entire lesson is dedicated to you. Group lessons are a great way to practice conversational English with peers, learn from others’ mistakes, and enjoy a more social learning environment, all at a more affordable price.
What equipment do I need for online lessons? 💻
The essentials are a computer or tablet with a webcam and a microphone, plus a stable internet connection.
Some students also find it helpful to have a notebook and pen for taking notes, or a printer if they prefer to do certain activities by hand. I provide all necessary digital materials, so these are completely optional, depending on your personal learning style.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson? 🗓️
I understand that life happens. You can reschedule or cancel a private lesson at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Due to the collaborative nature of group classes, they are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. However, if you miss a group class, you will still receive an email with the class contents and homework so you can catch up. For more detailes see my full Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
How do you track my progress? 📈
Your progress is my top priority. The way I track it depends on your specific goals. For every student, I maintain a personal database where I take detailed notes on what we have covered and what areas need improvement. If the goal is to prepare for an exam, I also administer and correct mock exams to track the progress with specific marks.
